She held a broad range of executive positions entailing human and financial resources, IT, and organization management. During her federal career, Ms. Grysavage supported several major organizational and restructuring efforts including the President's Reorganization Project on Civil Service Reform; the evolution from the Office of Energy Policy/Federal Energy Office into the Department of Energy; and large-scale IT reorganizations in the Navy, Social Security Administration, and Departments of Justice and Veterans Affairs. Since retiring she has provided consulting services to companies that work with the federal government. And most recently Ms. Grysavage is focused on recruiting talent for companies doing business with the Federal sector, providing support in sales, business development, and subject matter expertise.
