Kristine Marcy is a retired federal executive with over 30 years of experience in ten federal departments and agencies. During her career, Ms. Marcy blended deep technical knowledge with extensive hands-on experience to assist agencies in both operational and leadership positions. Today, as an executive consultant for McConnell International, Ms. Marcy brings to bear her considerable network of contacts and her direct knowledge of many US federal agencies to help clients navigate the procurement process and prepare themselves for the right opportunities.
Ms. Marcy is a charter member of the Senior Executive Service and an elected Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration. Due to her experience and knowledge Ms. Marcy is asked to share her thoughts on current political issues at industry conferences and by the media.
