Ray Barberesi is a retired member of the U.S. Federal Senior Executive Service; and a retired U.S. Naval Reserve Officer.  He spent his career sailing as a licensed Mate aboard U.S.-flag vessels, and working at the U.S. Department of Transportation.  Currently, Mr. Barberesi is President of MTS Corporation, an advisory, consulting and representation company specializing in solutions for the transportation and security industries.

A people-driven executive, Mr. Barberesi’s strategy, development, marketing, and motivational skills are able to generate business and government opportunities and optimize resources at all levels.  He has experience with, and superior ability to work within, U.S. and international political and business structures to assess needs and deliver solutions.  Mr. Barberesi possesses a high level of personal integrity; and written and oral communications skills.
